One of the first things you can do for these hats is to never leave them in direct sunlight when not worn. When not being worn, it's recommended to hang it on a hat peg or to leave it to rest upside down on the crown. In case your hat gets wet, you shouldn't certainly dry it with a hair dryer or in direct sunlight because the inside band of these hats is made from leather which will shrink if dried on force so it would be extremely hard to stretch it back to its original size.

You should certainly avoid exposing them to salt water as salt is corrosive and can affect their appearance. According to the manufacturer, you should clean it with a damp cloth after each use while paying more attention to the band, Once done, leave it to air dry as usual.

In case the hat brim is a bit out of shape. You should place that particular area over steam until moist and leave it to air dry. Just make sure the moist not get inside the band.

To prolong its life, clean the hat especially its inner side with proper leather care products.
